There is a group of workers from a company nearby that have a strange and rather annoying payment request that comes in once and a while.

There’s about 15 of them and they all not only want to pay individually, but also want to pay an equal portion of the “birthday person“‘s check.

This lead to my manager having to bring the cash drawer from the bar to accept payment and give back change to each and every person.

They gave me and my fellow waitress a lousy tip and someone had the audacity to complain to my manager how inconvenient it was to pay in the way they did. (GEEZ! If you wanna make it go faster, have everyone put down a $20. O-M-G)

One of our regulars cheered me up so much calling their means of payment ridiculous. I gave her a big hug for that.
